Meneba produce a range of stabilised wheat germs for use in many different applications. 


Using BRC and ISO22000 certified systems, we can supply dried, yellow toasted or roasted wheat germs rich in vitamin E and folic acid.


Yellow toasted germ can be used in bakery applications to give finished products a rich yellow colour.  It is sold in the UK packed in retail format for domestic use.

Our roasted germs are popular with bakers, especially those making sandwich breads.
